The cleaning equipment that we assemble in our facilities are designed for constant work with full performance reliability for those companies that need to work at 100% during the whole working day.
The most important applications for our equipment are:
Depending on the requirements of our customers, we manufacture equipment with different performance in terms of power, pressure and flow rate.
We mainly start from the premise of manufacturing equipment that provides a constant pressure of 200 bars with a flow rate of 100 l/min. for two main reasons:
- The pressure – flow – price ratio is very interesting.
- The total weight of the equipment plus the chassis of the truck does not exceed 3,500 kg, which allows it to be driven with the basic driving license (B).
The equipment is composed of leading brands within their sectors, for maximum reliability.
- DEUTZ turbo diesel engine providing power from 87CV.
- SPECK water pump providing pressures from 200 bars with flow rates from 100 l/min.
- Tank with a capacity of 2,000 liters to feed the water pump.
- Reels with up to 100m. of 1/2″ hose.
- Hydraulic system that acts directly on the reels and on the clutch system to be used automatically.
- Kit via radio to control the hydraulic system by a single operator.
